Gate & entry Check tickets, wristbands, and keep the line moving at the front. Merch tent Sell shirts and hats, handle the register, keep sizes stocked. Water & hydration Keep water stations filled. On a Gulf Coast afternoon this one matters. Setup & teardown Before the gates and after the last song. The unglamorous backbone. Parking & directions Get cars in and out, point people where they need to go. Artist hospitality Look after performers and their crews backstage. Cause table Staff the mental health resource table and talk to people who stop by.
