What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site:
- Email list — your email address.
- Volunteer signup — name, email, optional phone, the roles you picked, your availability and any notes.
- Sponsorship inquiry — business name, your name, email, optional phone, the level you're interested in and your message.
We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers on this site, and we do not buy or append data about you from anywhere else.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Square on Square's own hosted checkout pages. Your card number never touches this website and we never see or store it. Square's handling of your payment information is governed by Square's own privacy policy.
How we use it
To reply to you, to organize volunteers and sponsors for our events, and to send event news if you asked for it. That's all. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare — hosting and database.
- Square — payment processing.
- Resend — sending transactional email.
How long we keep it
Email list entries stay until you unsubscribe. Volunteer and sponsor records are kept while we're actively working together and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Email us at blayke.elder1@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
