Event information

Dates, venues, lineups and schedules are subject to change. Artists can cancel and weather does what it wants. We'll publish changes here and notify anyone on our email list as quickly as we can.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship levels shown on this site are an offer to discuss, not a binding contract. The specific recognition a sponsor receives, artwork deadlines and placement are confirmed in writing between us and the sponsor. Recognition is limited to your business name, logo and a link to your website.

Proceeds from our events support mental health and brain trauma programs across the Gulf Coast. We are not able to give tax advice — please talk to your own advisor about how a sponsorship payment should be treated for your business.

Payments

Payments are processed by Square. By paying you also agree to Square's terms for that transaction. If a payment is taken in error, contact us and we'll sort it out directly.

Volunteers

Volunteering is unpaid and signing up is not an offer of employment. Volunteers are confirmed by us ahead of an event and must follow venue and safety rules on site.

Your use of this site

Don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to this site or its systems. Our name, logos and page content belong to us; sponsor and partner names and logos belong to them.

No guarantees

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as-is and can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
